Early identification of speech-language and hearing difficulties is critical to a child's development and future academic success. We would be happy to provide this valuable service to the children at your facility.

CSHC has two screening programs:

• The "Little Wings" program is available for children ages 2-5 years at any childcare facility in Mecklenburg county at a rate of $15 per child.*
• The "Step Ahead" program is available AT NO COST for children ages 2-5 years at childcare facilities in Mecklenburg county that have more than 50% of families receiving some type of federal or state subsidy (CCRI assistance, WIC, etc).
