your employees against noise-induced hearing loss. Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center provides annual screening for
your employees to detect any hearing-related medical problems. We also offer a comprehesive program that can assure your
company meets OSHA regulations and protects your workers.
- Our Mobile Hearing Van is equipped with three separate sound insulated boots, which allow testing of up to 15 employees per hour
- eAche employee is given an otoscopic exam
- Notification letters are given to each employee on the day of testing. Brief individual counseling.
- A company list of all employees who were tested is available immediately after testing has beenc completed.
- All testing is monitored and reviewed by our state licensed audiologist. To ensure accuracy, tests are administred by CAOHC* certified technicians.
- Annual reports are detailed summaries of each employee's hearing history. Reports are user friendly, easy to understand records for documentation of OSHA requirements.
- Reports are sent within 1-2 weks of testing.

- Free 10-15 minute film can be shown to employees prior to testing
- Educational booklets are available at an extra charge
- Ear protection is of critical importance to any hearing conservation program. Individual ear protection fitting
is available with an explanation of the proper care and use of the device. This service is priced on a per employee basis.
